Founder, Concord Longevity Medicine
Dr. Meghann Blankenship is a dual board-certified physician in Internal Medicine and Obesity Medicine, with over a decade of clinical experience and a specialized focus on longevity medicine, peptide therapy, and lifestyle-based care. She founded Concord Longevity Medicine to offer a personalized, science-backed approach that empowers patients to take an active role in their health.
Originally from Birmingham, Alabama, Dr. Blankenship attended Auburn University and completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She earned her medical degree from the University of South Alabama College of Medicine in 2010 and completed her Internal Medicine residency at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, NC, in 2013.
Dr. Blankenship is board certified by both the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Obesity Medicine, reflecting her expertise in treating complex metabolic conditions and supporting sustainable weight loss through medical and lifestyle interventions.
Her early work in rural Georgia primary care and community health clinics shaped her belief that true healing begins with prevention, nutrition, and patient education—not just prescriptions. Today, her clinical interests include hormone optimization, metabolic health, regenerative medicine, and helping patients improve sleep quality and manage stress as part of a comprehensive approach to wellness.
Dr. Blankenship is passionate about guiding patients toward optimal health and longevity through evidence-based lifestyle changes and advanced medical therapies. She believes in equipping individuals with the tools and knowledge to take ownership of their health.
When she’s not seeing patients, you’ll likely find her trail running with her dog Simon, enjoying time with her family, or experimenting with healthy recipes in Sarah’s kitchen.
